1. Who we are

2. What you're agreeing to when you buy
We sell three things. None of them are purchased on this website. The audit is requested through the form on this site; the Reactivation Sprint and the monthly system are quoted and set up off-site, after a call. Here's what each one is and how the billing works.
Free online presence audit
The audit is free. You request it through the form on this site. We deliver a recorded video walkthrough of your website, social, reviews, Google Maps rank, and marketing, plus a prioritized plan and where you rank on Google Maps today, usually within a few days. There is no charge and no obligation to buy anything afterward.
Reactivation Sprint (one-time)
A one-time done-for-you reactivation campaign: A2P 10DLC filing, list scrub, GoHighLevel build, email and SMS reactivation. The Sprint is quoted, agreed, and invoiced off this website after a call, not purchased here. The fee and any guarantee terms are set out in the written agreement you sign before the Sprint starts. See Section 4 for our refund approach.
Monthly system (recurring, $297/mo)
After the Sprint, the monthly system keeps the engine running: Google Business Profile management, missed-call text-back, reputation and review funnel, lead-follow-up workflows, and SEO maintenance. It is billed $297 every month on the same date each month. Month-to-month, no contract. This subscription is set up off-site after a call, not purchased on this website. Cancel any time by emailing blake@omnipresent.app or via your Stripe customer portal, with at least 5 business days' written noticebefore your next billing date to avoid that month's charge.
3. Auto-renewal disclosure (California ARL compliance)
This section satisfies California's Automatic Renewal Law (Business and Professions Code Section 17602). Read it before you start the monthly system.
Auto-renewal disclosure
The monthly system is a recurring subscription billed at $297/month. Billing continues monthly on the same date until you cancel. Cancel any time by emailing blake@omnipresent.app or via your Stripe customer portal. To avoid a month's charge, cancel with at least 5 business days' written notice before your next billing date.
Reminder emails before charges
Before each monthly charge, you receive an upcoming-invoice email 7 days before the charge fires, which honors the 5-business-day cancel window. These emails include a one-click link to your Stripe customer portal where you can cancel.
How to cancel (click-to-cancel parity)
You can cancel in either of two ways. Both are accepted and processed immediately:
- Email blake@omnipresent.app with “cancel” in the subject line.
- Open the Stripe customer portal link in any invoice email and click “Cancel subscription.”
Cancellation takes effect immediately. You are not billed again after the cancellation date.
Monthly system recurring terms
The monthly system ($297/mo) is recurring monthly and auto-renews until canceled. No long-term contract. Cancel any time using the methods above.
4. Refund policy
- Free audit: No charge, so nothing to refund.
- Reactivation Sprint: The Sprint is sold with a results guarantee. The exact refund terms and how booked revenue is measured are set out in the written agreement you sign before the Sprint starts, which governs over this page.
- Monthly system ($297/mo): Month-to-month. Cancel any time. No refund for partial months.
5. Data and privacy
Your customer list
The past-customer list you upload (names, phone numbers, emails, job history) is used only for your campaign. We never sell it, share it, or use it for other clients. You own it. On cancellation, we deliver a full export within 7 business days and delete our copies within 7 business days after that.
Tracking on this site
We use standard web analytics on omnipresent.app to measure page traffic. Payment processing runs through Stripe. CRM and campaign delivery run through GoHighLevel. No third-party ad tracking or retargeting pixels on this site.
Your data rights
California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to know what personal data we hold, request deletion, and opt out of any sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data. To exercise any CCPA right, email blake@omnipresent.app with “CCPA request” in the subject line. We respond within 45 days.

6. Service area exclusivity
One plumbing shop per market. 10-mile radius around your primary shop location. Locked for the duration of your engagement and 30 days after cancellation. We do not onboard another plumbing shop in your service area during that window.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the last 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits (other than the refund clause in Section 4), force majeure events, or third-party platform issues (Twilio outages, GoHighLevel downtime, Google policy changes, Stripe issues, and the like).

California. San Diego County.
9. Changes to these terms
We will email any material change to the billing address on file at least 30 days before it takes effect.
