Review requests

Every finished job should be asking for a review

This is the piece I built for home service businesses: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, landscaping, cleaning, pest control. A job wraps, the customer gets a text and an email, and the link opens your Google review page. You stop being the person who meant to ask.

How it works

Three steps, and two of them are not yours

01

The job gets marked done

Push the customer in however suits you. Zapier or a plain webhook from your field software, a CSV of everyone you have ever worked for, or typing a name and a number into the portal.

02

The system asks

A text and an email go out with your business name in them and a link that opens your Google review page. No gating, no survey in the middle, no filtering out the people you think might be unhappy.

03

It stops when they answer

Up to two follow-ups if nothing happens. The moment someone taps the link or replies, the follow-ups stop. Reply STOP and they are suppressed for good.

What your customer sees

One short text, in your name

This is the message the system actually sends, rendered here by the same code that sends it. Your business name, their first name, and a link that opens your Google review page.

Ace Plumbing

Hi Jessica, thanks for having us out. Would you leave Ace Plumbing a quick Google review? www.omnipresent.app/r/abc123 Reply STOP to opt out. Powered by Omnipresent

Delivered

The email, same request

Subject

How did we do, Jessica?

The same words as the text, with the link as a Leave a review button and an unsubscribe line at the bottom.

Then it stops

No tap and no reply, and the system asks again. One tap or one reply and the asking is over for that customer. A STOP reply takes them off the list for good.

Email goes out from day one. Texting starts once the carriers verify a number registered to your business, not to mine, and I file that verification and chase it for you.

The split

You do one thing. I do the rest

What you do

Add the job. A CSV of everyone you have worked for, a Zapier step from your field software, or one name and number at a time in the portal.

What I do

  • Send the text and the email.
  • Follow up when nothing happens.
  • Stop the follow-ups the moment they tap the link or reply.
  • Track what went out, what got delivered, and who answered.
  • Put the reviews that land in your dashboard.

What you get

The whole thing, on every plan

The plans differ by how many customers you can ask each month. Nothing is held back for the expensive one, and there are no add-ons.

Text and email, same request

Text carries it, email covers the people who never read one. Both point at the same Google review page.

Your own texting number

Texting starts once the carriers verify a number registered to your business, not to mine. I file that verification and chase it for you. Email requests go out from day one while it clears.

A portal you can actually run

The review feed, your contacts, CSV import, and every setting that decides who gets asked, when, and in what words.

Intake that fits your software

Zapier for the no-code route and a plain API endpoint for anything that can post JSON. If your system can say a job is finished, it can start a request.

Wording you control

The message is personalized with your business name and the customer's. Edit it, or leave it as it ships. Every link carries Powered by Omnipresent.

Nothing to unwind

Month to month, cancel from the billing screen yourself, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid month.

The answers you actually want are on one page

Whether bad reviews can be kept off Google, how often your customers hear from the system, what happens to people who already reviewed you, which countries and platforms are covered, and what is honestly not built yet. I would rather you read the nos now than find them later.
