Your sign-in link and a short setup list are on their way to the address you paid with. If the email is not there, look in spam or promotions.

Then, three things

1. Tell me your business name. It goes on every message so customers know who is asking.
2. Add the customers you have already worked for. A CSV export from your invoicing tool is usually the fastest way.
3. Connect your Google Business Profile. That is what points the review link at your listing and brings new reviews back here.

Nothing sends until you have done all three. Email requests start as soon as you finish setup. Texting starts once the carrier verifies your business, which you set up on the Texting page.

Your card is charged when the 10-day trial ends unless you cancel from the Billing page first. You can change your mind inside 30 days and get your money back.
